We meet the crew at Saint Petersburg airport, railway station, or bus terminal. We arrange the transfer and further escort according to the agreed plan.

We arrange accommodation if waiting is required before boarding. We provide transfers between the hotel and the port and ensure route oversight.

We assist the crew during border and customs clearance. We coordinate the process and liaise with the relevant authorities as required by Russian law.

We deliver the crew to the gangway and coordinate boarding with the port and the ship's agent.

If the vessel is at anchorage, we organise a tender transfer per the agreed scheme.
